The weather at Lake Atitlan is perfect and the scenery rivals any natural beauty known to man. These picturesque surroundings are ideal for connecting with spouses or friends, for prayer, and active leisure.
Our one goal is to create a transformative experience like none other and to give back to the local Mayan people. We will employ professional local friends to guide us by bus and by boat to our remote destinations. ItineraryThere is nothing mandatory on the itinerary. Stay busy on an adventure or just soak up the beauty. It's all up to you.
Day 1 - Travel to Guatemala City, Ground transport to Antigua, Guatemala. Dinner and overnight at an exquisite villa in Antigua. Day 2 - Breakfast. Ground transport to Panajachel, Guatemala. Boat transport to lakeside estate. Rest. Pray. Dinner and overnight at lakeside estate. Day 3 - Breakfast. Rest. Enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the lakeside estate. Optional boat trip to San Juan la Laguna for a Mayan textile workshop and demonstration. Dinner and overnight at estate.

Day 4 - Breakfast. Rest. Enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the lakeside estate. Optional boat trip to San Marcos la Laguna for kayaking, hiking, a Mayan cultural experience and cliff jumping (for the brave.) Dinner and overnight at estate.
Day 5 - Breakfast. Rest. Enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the lakeside estate. Optional boat trip to San Pedro and San Juan for shopping and fun. Dinner and overnight at estate. Day 6 - Breakfast. Travel by boat to Santiago Atitlan. Mass at St. James the Apostle Church, place of martyrdom and where remains of Blessed Stanley Rother are enshrined. Travel to Antigua, Guatemala. Dinner and overnight in a luxury villa in Antigua. Day 7 - Breakfast. Rest. Enjoy the ancient city of Antigua Guatemala. Behold beautiful Spanish colonial ruins, art, and culture. Dinner and overnight at villa. Day 8 - Morning Mass. Ground Transport to Guatemala City. Fly home. |
